It was founded in 2019 with the support of the Institute of Law and National Security of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The journal has a scientific and educational focus and accepts articles and researchs on legal topics by Russian and foreign authors: students, masters, postgraduates, teachers and legal practitioners in accordance with requirements.
